The opportunity

We target:

You'll be responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting restaurant managers /owners globally. We start the on-boarding work the moment a restaurant decides they want to use our online ordering platform, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.

You are ultimately responsible to make the restaurant successful by recommending various actions, initiatives or upgrading to paid services.

As a sales and support specialist, you are responsible for working directly with customers to help them get started and grow in using GloriaFood.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of computer operations
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills


Communicate efficiently and effectively with our restaurant members. We rely on a live chat tool and email helpdesk to do most of our inbound support requests. You'll also be calling existing customers on the phone (no cold calling).

Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how online ordering works and what online technologies are capable of in terms of sales for local restaurant businesses. This is an ongoing improvement challenge: we’re part of a very dynamic industry so our product team moves fast.


We believe food lovers should have an amazing ordering experience for their delivery. We think this should be possible without ripping off restaurants by charging high commission payments on every order. So we created a better and cheaper product.

The work location is TechHub Bucharest (Universitate)
