Goal:

Grow daily sign ups by 500% with sustainable inbound techniques (SEO, content marketing) within 3 years.

Position:

You need to have the ability to go through two phases:

Phase 1:

  • Take full responsibility over all ongoing operations
  • Identify all opportunities, create and update a marketing roadmap & forecast
  • Measure effectiveness of all marketing activities
  • Contribute significantly as a specialist since the current team size is 1 full time specialist + 2 freelancers

Phase 2:

  • Able to attribute all signups to various marketing activities
  • Able to forecast signup growth based on sustainable marketing activities
  • Recommend team growth initiatives based on the ability to attribute signup growth to planned marketing activities
  • Recruit & grow the team in order to increase content as well as other marketing activities output to achieve the lead goals

Requirements:

  • We expect you to be familiar with Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Keyword Planner & Search Console.
  • Determine key success metrics that measure the activity and impact of the entire marketing strategy
  • Ability to do channel attribution modeling
